Everything was simply very good. The staff was amicable, the bathroom was great walk-in. The good onsite restaurant had variety of food.

It was clean, breakfast was VARIED. Walking distance to a cathedral and a church, a lot to see. Also, stephen's cathedral was max 15 minutes walk to. Liked the fact that check-in was efficient. Besides, we parked our car nearby.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning. Everything was kept immaculately clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, were a nice touch. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and we were thoroughly impressed.

In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at K+K Palais for a few nights during my trip to Vienna. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-equipped desk. The reception area was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One small touch that made my stay even better was the surprise Milka Easter bunny left outside my door on Easter Monday.
